This Lawn Ain't Big Enough...
Older members might remember "This Town Ain't Big Enough For The Both Of Us", a big hit in the 1970s for the enigmatic musical duo "Sparks". Music afficionados who have followed their careers probably know that the brothers Mael are still going, continuing to produce an eclectic and quirky mix of musical musings. Which brings me to their latest release about - you might have guessed already - the lawn mower. Enjoy.
Nice nod to the inventor and birthplace of the mower right at the beginning.
I might place this on the main site later but for now it's just here on the Forum. What do others think?
However, it makes me wonder if there are other songs that mention mowers and mowing. I can think of at least one by Genesis (which I think was mentioned on the annual rally forum) but does anyone know any others? We can probably get a bit creative with puns and plays on words too. Perhaps we could compile a playlist with the results.

Excellent Keith great band
Excellent Keith great band still have two of their albums on vinyl & an early fan of their work, how appropriate they should focus on the mower., I did get to see them in the 70's, their 1974 song 'Never turn your back on mother earth' is quite appropriate for the present times we are in.
Rock on or should it be Mow on !!
