Atco B20 club deluxe

Hi everyone; thanks for the add to the club. I can see another collecting obsession starting.... However for now I do need the Atco I have bought, to cut grass. The label says it's a B20Club deluxe, and from the label it appears to be a Bosch one from 2000. My query- is it possible to swop over the current 12 blade cylinder for a ( standard?) B20 6 blade one? And would that also require a different bottom blade? Realistically I'm only going to mow once a week- and the lawn this is destined for, is pretty good....but not bowling green level. Just thinking there may be clogging issues with the current blade. Thanks in advance for your help.

I’m guessing it’s a possibility but the first step would be careful comparison of the appropriate illustrated parts lists.

If you are really brave get out the angle grinder with a thin cutting disc. - no going back 😟🤭

Many thanks.... that's an option I hadn't considered! It might be a "plan B" but I think some parts studies may be a better first option. I'm sure I saw a post somewhere on the forum, where somebody identified a Club machine as being incorrectly fitted with a six blade cylinder. I will have another go at finding it.

An image of your machine will help. Confusingly Atco have produced Club versions of both their domestic and heavy duty machines.
