Can,t find one, Made my Own.

Grinding crank handle is pretty basic but the principle works the same , I took an old file handle and drilled 4mm hole all the way through and passed a suitable coach bolt 127mm x 5mm all the way through from the top with enough length of tread to add a couple of rubber backed washers and a nut.

Took the wheel off the SV model D, removed the gear to find no Pinion / Rachet. 

Used the other pinion as a template over soft steel and filed down to the required size and shape, the end result - fits and works well enough just needs to be fired up and dropped in oil to harden.
